Kristian Lenderman, Ed.D

Dr. Kristian Lenderman has dedicated her career to working on educational equity and her research focuses broadly on school climate and teacher training. Kristian has over ten years of experience in education at the classroom, district, and state level. As a teacher, coach, and facilitator, she focuses on reaching equitable outcomes by building a positive and inclusive culture. Kristian has built professional development, designed curriculum, completed equity audits, and led strategic planning for district and community leaders. She is currently a Project Director, Education R&D Initiatives at a national nonprofit. Kristian received her Ed.D. from the University of Houston in 2020.
